GetOut Powder Tour, Winter '25

GetOut is excited to host our 2nd annual Powder Tour! This winter we are headed to the Uinta backcountry, just outside Park City, UT. Easily accessed through Salt Lake City, we’ll link up with the guides from Inspired Summit in Park City and head out for two nights at Castle Peak Yurt. From the yurt we will use our touring gear to access the diverse terrain to ski and ride untouched powder.

One of the perks of Castle Peak is snowmobile access. This allows us to save our legs, and time, while bringing in gear and food without worrying about weight constraints.

The Basics:

• When: March 8th -11th

• Where: Park City, UT

• Activity: 3 days of touring and skiing powder, two nights in a backcountry yurt

• Who: 8 like-minded professionals (curated by GetOut)

• Experience: No backcountry experience is necessary, comfort skiing non-groomed snow on steep-Blue to Black rating is sufficient

• Fitness level: Good physical fitness recommended, this trip is at altitude and the better shape you're in the more fun you’ll have

• Cost $2,650, includes:

  • Overnight stay in SLC on arrival day 

  • Transportation

  • 3 days of guided ski touring (w/ gratuity)

  • 2 nights in backcountry yurt with all food and drink included
